XLatte started with a simple observation: most events serve forgettable coffee. Stale drip, lukewarm carafes, powdered creamer. We knew there was a better way.
We built a mobile caffeine bar that could go anywhere — a rooftop in downtown LA, a ballroom in Orange County, a brand activation pop-up in a parking lot. Wherever your guests gather, we show up with the full setup and make every cup count.
Today we serve corporate teams, wedding couples, event planners, and brand managers who want their coffee moment to be as polished as the rest of their event.

XLatte
Starting a business is not always about choosing the easiest opportunity. Sometimes it is about finding an opportunity where you can create something that is truly your own.
That is what led me to XLatte. I wanted to build a company that combines beverages, technology, creativity and flexibility — a company that can grow with the way people experience coffee and specialty drinks. And I wanted to build something that could become much bigger than a traditional coffee cart.
Why Coffee?
Coffee is no longer simply a cup of coffee. The coffee industry continues to grow around the world, while consumers are exploring specialty coffee, new flavors, cold beverages, customization and experiences beyond the traditional coffee shop.
I didn't want to simply create another coffee menu. I wanted to create a beverage system.
Built Around Flexibility
One of the most important decisions in developing XLatte was building our Signature Base Products around flexibility. Our Signature Base is not limited to coffee — it can be used with coffee or without coffee.
That means the same foundation can become a coffee or espresso-based beverage when someone wants caffeine, or a specialty beverage when they want the flavor experience without coffee. This allows XLatte to move beyond a traditional coffee business.
Our Signature Base Products give us the ability to create beverages across different categories, including coffee, XChokolat, matcha, ube and future specialty beverages. Flexibility is built into XLatte from the beginning.
Why I Chose Nespresso
Choosing the right coffee technology was an important part of building XLatte. I wanted a system that could give us a consistent coffee foundation while allowing us to create something different around it. That's why I chose Nespresso.
What attracted me to Nespresso is its ability to support different coffee experiences through its capsule-based coffee system, including coffee, espresso and Cold Brew Style offerings. For a mobile beverage company, that flexibility is extremely valuable.
The technology provides the foundation.

I don't believe technology should replace craftsmanship. I believe technology can make craftsmanship more consistent, more flexible and more scalable. And as coffee technology continues to evolve — including AI and smarter brewing technologies — I see even more opportunities for XLatte to innovate.
I Don't Need to Own a Coffee Farm
I don't own a coffee farm. I don't manufacture espresso machines. And I don't need to. Innovation isn't always about manufacturing every component yourself. Sometimes innovation comes from taking excellent technology, combining it with your own ideas, and creating an experience that didn't exist before.
Nespresso provides its own coffee technology and products. XLatte remains an independent company, creating its own beverages, Signature Base Products, menu concepts and catering experiences. XLatte does not represent Nespresso as a partner, sponsor or endorsed brand.
More Than Coffee
XLatte is not designed to be just another coffee shop. It is being built as an innovative mobile beverage experience company. Our goal is to bring premium beverages to weddings, corporate events, private celebrations, conferences and other experiences where people gather.
That means the beverage itself is only part of what we create. The service matters. The presentation matters. The ingredients matter. The customization matters. And the technology behind the experience matters.
Thinking About AI
I believe the next generation of beverage companies will use technology differently. AI doesn't have to make the coffee. AI can help us rethink everything around the beverage — personalization, recommendations, menu development, event planning, customer interaction, operational efficiency and other parts of the XLatte experience.
I want XLatte to have the mindset of a technology company while maintaining the craftsmanship and human experience of a premium beverage company.
